Motor Valve- Proportional control UMD series

Proportional control UMD series, applied in spherical valves, butterfly valves and three-way valves, is used to control by proportion for opening, power and signal input, and to regulate the opening of the valve automatically to control the flow of air or liquid, temperature and liquid level according to the signal input of PID.
Standard and features:
1.This product, applicable to the series' use as a whole, if installed in model No. UMD-3~UMD-12, can adopt built-in, and if installed in UMD-1 and UMD-2, can adopt a waterproof box device or can be put directly in the control box to ensure the product's durability.
2. Rated voltage: AC110V/220V (50/60Hz).
3.This product, mainly made of aluminum alloy material and formed by casting, is provided with waterproof seals on all the joints on the body's frame, so it is applicable to uses in outdoors environment.
4.This series can be checked with the position of its valve switch from the top window.
5.The UMD-3-1~UMD-12 product is attached with a manual wheel device on its side, which can be used to conduct the ON/OFF movements at power blackout.
Points for Attention:
1.Make sure the voltage, temperature, pressure, type of fluid and features used at the site.
2. Make sure the signal output at the site is carried out with 4~40mA, 1~5VDC and 2~10VDC.
3. To prevent the signals from interfering with each other, use insulation wire for signal transmission, which should be separated from power wire; both should not entangle together.
Points for Attention:
1.Signal input: Use the Dip Switch for option; three means are available, 4~40mA, 1~5VDC and 2~10VDC.
2. Both the signal input, which indicates the required position of the valve's opening, and the feedback potentiometer (VR), which represents the actual position of the valve's opening, are constantly compared by the circuit board over their signals.
3. If a difference is detected, then the electric head will turn the valve to an appropriate position and does not stop until both signals are equal. This process will be conducted again when the signals change.
4.Temperature range in operation environment: -10℃~60℃.
